Not only has she lived in sprawling estates throughout the years, but she even acquired three homes on a single block in the Tribeca neighborhood in New York City. She has quite the portfolio when it comes to real estate and does not shy away from scooping up the next best house, condo, or apartment. She uses them as places to celebrate holidays, like the Fourth of July, or house her guests. Some of her music has also been inspired by some of these estates<\/span><\/p>\n

On Nashville’s historic Music Row, Taylor Swift purchased a 2 million dollar condo after “You Belong With Me” came out and hit the charts back in 2009. She and her family live in the 3,240-square-foot apartment in the heart of Nashville. Other notable figures, including Caleb Followill, had lived there. If you want to become Taylor Swift’s neighbor, you could snag the penthouse next door for $3 million. It’s even said she transformed the guesthouse into a recording studio. <\/span><\/p>\n

It sits in the luxurious Adelicia building and has massive floor-to-ceiling windows with an open concept.
